400 | g | Peeled tomatoes from the Tin |
500 | g | Shoulder of lamb |
Instructions for Tuscan pied bread
To prepare the Tuscan pied bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is cut for 3-4 cm. Big cubes. The lid is peeled and chopped roughly. The tomatoes are put to dry.
Heat the oil on a large frying pan and brown the pieces of meat well on all sides for approx. 5 minutes. Bring the chopped onion and leave it brown until it becomes golden. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mash the tomatoes and stir them in the meat-onion mixture together with half the tomato juice and tomato paste. Add the wine and let it spin for low heat and without lid for 20 minutes. Add a little more of the tomato juice.
Rub the bread slices with the overcooked garlic sauce and shake them light brown on both sides. Grease each slice of a thick layer of tomato meat and serve the bread immediately.
