Juice of 2 small lemons or 1 large | ||

125 | g | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Chopped pistachio nuts |
2 | tbsp | Orangeblomstvand |
2 | tbsp | Rose water |
6 | dl | Whipped cream |

To prepare the Turkish delight syllabub recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix liqueur, lemon juice and sugar in a large bowl. The sugar must be dissolved in the liquid and then poured into the cream while stirring. Whip the pulp until it begins to stiffen, then add rose water and orange blossom. Whip until the mass is airy and soft, but not too stiff.
Pour the mass into small glasses and sprinkle with pistachios.
