Instructions for Turkish bread gratin

To prepare the Turkish bread gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chopped beef, 1 egg yolk, rasp, 1 tablespoon oregano, salt, pepper and paprika were combined. The loaf is chopped well and mixed in the dough with 1 crushed garlic. With damp hands, 10 equal buns form. 3 tablespoons of oil are heated on a pan and the meatballs are stewed on all sides for 10 minutes.
A gratin infestation (25x15 cm) is rubbed inside with the cutting surface of 1 half-fat garlic. The bread is cut into coarse cubes and placed in the dish. They are shaken under the hot grill in the oven approx. 4 minutes on the middle groove.

Cherry tomatoes are put in the dish with the meatballs. The yogurt sauce is poured over. The dish is gratified in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (hot air 160 degrees) on 2nd row from below for 15-20 minutes. It is served with 2 tablespoons of oregano.
