Instructions for Turkey with pasta and eggplant
To prepare the Turkey with pasta and eggplant recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season the turkey with salt. Put water over to pasta. Cut the eggplant into coarse tern, 2x2 cm. Cut the garlic and chop the tomatoes in the tern. Rinse Babyleaves and drip. Stir a dressing of lemon peel and juice, honey / syrup, finely chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Put the babyleaves on a dish and pour the dressing just before serving.
Boil the pasta. Heat a large pan and season the aubergines in oil until golden, season with garlic, salt and pepper. KOm the tomatoes on the forehead and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes. Heat a pan and raise the turkey in oil, a few min. on every side. Turn the drained pasta into the sauce and serve with turkey and baby leaves and possibly. Uncooked parmesan.
