Cut the turkey breast in slices and spring slices and courgette in slanted slices. Mix lemon peel, juice, sauce, sherry and corn flour in a small jug. Heat a wok and add peanut oil. When the oil is hot, add the turkey sauce. Stir 3 - 4 minutes until the turkey is tender. Bring the meat with a clove, set aside and keep the meat warm. Heat the wok again, add the onions, courgette and stir for 2 minutes. Add the sauce mixture and stir for 1 minute. Return the turkey chicken and stir for 2 minutes. Season with red-fried red pepper.
