Instructions for Turkey Soup

To prepare the Turkey Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut rhubarb and lemongrass fine. Bring the wings, vegetables, soup, garlic, salt (max 1/2 tbsp) and pepper in a saucepan, pour cold water until it covers. Boil and simmer the dish approx. 1.5 hours until the meat is tender. Boil rhubarb and lemongrass with the last 20 minutes. Take the meat off, let it cool a little. Pile the meat from the legs. Point the soup.

Measure a liter of up to 4 people. Boil. Chop the spring onion and chilli fine (throw out the kernels). Come both in the soup together with 50 gr. Kalkunkød per. person. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
