To prepare the Turkey cordon bleu (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bank the meat slices thinly with the back of the hand. Put a slice of cheese and a couple of basil leaves on each piece of meat. Fold the other half of the meat over and fit if necessary. With a toothpick.

Stir the meat for 4-5 minutes on each side and sprinkle some pepper. Take it up and keep it warm.
