Instructions for Turkey breast with bulgur

To prepare the Turkey breast with bulgur recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut red onions in small tern, approx. 10 x 10 mm. Cut the tomatoes into small boats or terns. Divide the half fennel knot into coarse pieces. Blame the salad and herbs and chop it very roughly. Mix it all together, season the spices and mix again, be careful with chilli, do not miss it if you are not strong. Use approx. 1 fingertip (what you can have between three fingers) of each spice. Mix it all gently again. Bowl bulgur, salt and water in a saucepan, boil for 10 min. Then let it drag for a further 10 minutes. Heat a frying pan, add olive oil and fry the meat on all sides until golden. 2-3 min. On each side, then turn down the heat and step for 5-6 minutes. on every side. Take the turkey breast off the forehead, cover it but staniol and a dish and let it pull for 10 minutes. Before cutting it out.
