Instructions for Turkey breast with bacon and parsley
To prepare the Turkey breast with bacon and parsley recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the bacon slices into the tern and mix it with a large portion of chopped parsley.
Brown turkey breast in a saucepan. Then cut 3 tears along the turkey breast. Must be as deep as possible, without cutting the turkey breast all the way through.
Put the mixture of bacon and parsley well into the cracks.
Then put the turkey breast in a dish (put a little water with a vegetable broth in it to make sauce) and into the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 1 hour - until it is approx. 80 degrees C.
Bring the meat up and drain it with foil and let it pull approx. 20 minutes. Meanwhile the sauce is made of the cloud.
Server boiled potatoes, a good salad and sauce, made of water from the steps to the meat.
