Instructions for Tungratin
To prepare the Tungratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt margarine / heat oil in a thickened pot, add the appropriate amount of flour, stir well until it releases the pot. Add milk and make a rather thick white sauce. Taste with salt and possibly pepper.
Let the sauce cool a little, then add one egg yolk at a time and stir well. When all the egg yolks are added, pour 2 cans of tuna into water - minus water - in, and then the starchy egg whites carefully gently into the dough.
Pour into a mold that is lubricated with a little oil and sprinkled with raspberries.
Place in the oven at approx. 180 gr. And baked for approx. 1 hour.
