800 | g | Tunsteak |

To prepare the Tuna steaks with baked peppers, parsley oil and fresh parmesan cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in the oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper.
Baked peppers:
Brush the peppers with a little oil and put them in a hot oven 275 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 10 minutes or until the skin begins to loosen.
Then put them in a boil-proof plastic bag that is placed in the freezer for 5 minutes, which makes the skin easier to loosen.
Peel off and halve the peppers and remove the kernels.
Parsley Oil:
Blend parsley, garlic and oil to a uniform thick sauce.
Serve the peppers on 4 thin plates, put the tuna over.
Add the parsley oil and put thin slices of parmesan cheese over the teaspoon.
Serve with freshly baked rice.
