2 | dl | Toasted chopped nuts |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
3 | tsp | Maizenamel |
4 | tbsp | Orange juice |
500 | g | Cranberry |
Instructions for Tranebærpie
To prepare the Tranebærpie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring fat, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk into a kitchen machine and drive it all to a grinder lot. Pour it into a batter and leave it cold in plastic foil for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough, coat an oyster with it and behind it at 200 degrees on the middle shelf for about 30 minutes. Let the pieskall cool. Boil cranberries in ½ dl water on low heat, stirring, 5 min. Cut the bulb into small pieces. Cake bulbs, honey, raisins, nuts, orange juice, cinnamon and corn oil into the cranberries. Let it simmer until it gets thick. Pour the filling into the pie form and allow it to stand for at least a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Take out a little bit before you want to serve it.
