Ingredients for Tortillias

0.75tspSalt
1tspBaking soda
1.75dlWater
2tbspOil
2.5dlWheat flour
2.5dlCorn flour

Instructions for Tortillias

To prepare the Tortillias recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add the oil and water and work it together to form a smooth dough.

Portion dough into 15 pieces and shape each portion into a round bun. Roll each muffin out into a thin sheet, 15 cm in diameter.

Heat a frying pan. Behind each tortillia on a dry pan until they have got color, about 2 minutes on each side. There air bubbles formed during baking in tortilliaen. Press these bubbles down with a clean Tea towel.

Put the baked tortillias on top of each other and wrap them in a tea towel, so they keep themselves warm and soft.
