Ingredients for Tortilia

100 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | dl | Water |
3 | tbsp | Concentrated tomatpúre |
300 | g | Chicken fried or boiled |
85 | g | Corn flour |
Instructions for Tortilia
To prepare the Tortilia recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, cornmeal (not corn flour) and salt in a bowl. Stir in cold water first and then the beer in, to pancake batter is smooth and klumpfri.
Behind the 6-8 pancakes in oil in a frying pan, which is approximately 15 cm in the bottom diameter. Peel and chop the onion, fry it in oil.
Arrow chicken meat from the legs, cut it into cubes. Mix the chicken with the onion and tomato dice pureen.
Warm it all through, season to taste with chili peppers and salt. Advantage of the filling on the pancakes and roll them together.
Hot rollers just before they are to be served, either in a little oil in the Pan or under the grill.
