To prepare the Tomato rim with celery recipe, please follow these instructions:
The tomatoes are skinned and are blended. Add the spices, onions and water, so there is a total of one liter of tomato juice.
Dissolve the gelatine in a little of the tomato juice, mix it with the rest of the tomato juice and pour into a rim shape that is clear with oil.
Leaf celery chop and boil for 10 minutes, allow to cool and place in the form. Set the shape of the keel for at least 2 hours.
Can be served with sour cream, touched with lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped chives.
