1 | kg | Potatoes |
1 | tsp | Oregano |
1 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Grated cheese |
1½ | dl | Cream |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
200 | g | Mozarellaost |
3 | Eggs | |
4 | tbsp | White wine |
600 | g | Large tomatoes |
Instructions for Tomato pizza with potatoes
To prepare the Tomato pizza with potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are peeled and rinsed. Ripe roughly, mixed with lemon juice and dripping well in a sieve.
The oven is switched on at 200 degrees.
1 pizza or tart dish lubricated with oil The eggs are whipped together with cream, wine. Salt, sugar, cheese and oregano.
Mix with the potatoes and spread into the dish. The pizza beans are baked for approx. 30 minutes. Covered if required. With algae oil for the last 15 minutes. The tomatoes are cut into slices. The Mozarella cheese is cut into slices.
Once baked for 30 minutes, dispense tomatoes, cheese and oil.
The pizza is baked for another 20 minutes.
