Instructions for Tomato olive salsa
To prepare the Tomato olive salsa recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the tomatoes in the tern, chop the olive and basil. Mix tomato, 2/3 of the oil, chopped olives, basil, capers, crushed garlic and chopped onions in a bowl and stir well. Season with salt and pepper and style on the fridge approx. 1/2 hour.
Cut the bread into thick slices and brush the rest of the oil on the bread that is shaken on the grill or in the oven to the surface is beautiful crisp and golden. Grease the salsa over the bread and serve with a couple of basil leaves as decorations.

The salsa can also be served as an accompaniment to grilled mackerel, trout, cod or other fish
