Ingredients for Tivoli Pudding

1/4 | l | Raspberry-currant juice |
1/4 | l | Whipping cream, whipped into foam |
100 | g | Fresh or frozen strawberries |
1-2 | tbsp | Sugar |
3 | leaves | Husblad |
4 | leaves | Isinglass |
Instructions for Tivoli Pudding
To prepare the Tivoli Pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:
4-blade house leaves are soaked in cold water, picked up and melted over steam. The juice is stirred. A bowl of 6 dl is placed in ice water.
