1 | dl | Vin santo or other dessert wine |
15 | Savoiardi (lady fingers) or 1 pk. pavesini | |
3 | Pasteurized egg yolks | |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
300 | g | Fresh mascarpone |

To prepare the Tiramisu as it is made in Tuscany recipe, please follow these instructions:
Egg yolks whipped with sugar. Mascarponeosten (fresh) stir in the egg-sugar mixture. Savoiardi (Lady Fingers) or pavesini soaked in coffee-vinblandingen. First added a layer of the cheese mixture and then a layer of savoiardi (Lady Fingers). This is repeated. Just before the server no bestrøs the surface but a thin layer of cocoa.
Tips:
Use a glass bowl so but can see the dessert. You can omit the wine, but so must add corresponding fluid.
