To prepare the Tiramisu as it is made in Tuscany recipe, please follow these instructions:

Egg yolks whipped with sugar. Mascarponeosten (fresh) stir in the egg-sugar mixture. Savoiardi (Lady Fingers) or pavesini soaked in coffee-vinblandingen. First added a layer of the cheese mixture and then a layer of savoiardi (Lady Fingers). This is repeated. Just before the server no bestrøs the surface but a thin layer of cocoa.
