Lay the ladder with the sword down in a frying pan and add as much water as the straw is just covered. Use as little a frying pan as possible. Let the steps stand in the oven at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for ½ hour.

Put the cloud in a bowl, leave it for a moment and foam so free of grease or use a grease separator. The sauce is leveled, add some cream, color, salt and pepper.
Steps are served with sauce and red cabbage together with browned and white potatoes, ash or cucumber salad and French potatoes.

It is an advantage with a step thermometer, as the steps become the same each time. Remember, only the thermometer must not touch either fat or bones.
