Cut the slice into thin slices and pour them golden in the fat.
Cut the potatoes into slices and stir them for a few minutes with the onions while stirring.
Whip egg yolk, milk and salt together.
Whip egg whites stiff and gently turn it into the egg yolks.
Pour egg mixture over the potatoes - lay over and allow omelette to stiffen with low heat.
Cut meat-filled (medists or ham) and cucumbers into cubes and sprinkle them over half of the omelet farthest from the pandas shank. Continue until the omelet is completely stiffened.
Try whether the omelet can slip on the forehead. Then cut 2 slices in the edge of the omelet - 1 to the right and 1 right to the left.
Insert the pancake under the half closest to the panda shank and fold this half over the filling.
Let the omelet slip on a hot plate and serve it stewardly.
Decorate with tomato slices or parsley.
