1000 | g | Potatoes |
125 | g | Bacon, sliced |
250 | g | Fresh mushrooms |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
4 | tbsp | Breadcrumbs |
500 | g | Minced beef |
8 | slices | Mild cheese |
Instructions for The Baron's bacon steaks
To prepare the The Baron's bacon steaks recipe, please follow these instructions:
Breadcrumbs, water, salt and pepper stirred together. Stands and draws approximately 10 minutes. Now mix the minced meat in and stir it well with the egg.
Form forcemeat for 8 buns, pressing a little flat and ombindes with bacon slices, fixed with a stick.
Fry the steaks in butter. A few minutes before steaks are done fried, a slice of cheese on the steaks. The steaks FRY now complete, the cheese is slightly melted/creamy

Serve with potatoes and tomato/cucumber salad-or other salad.
