100 | g | Yeast |
100 | g | Butter/margarine |
1-1.5 | tsp | Cardamom |
5 | dl | Warm milk |
6 | tbsp | Sugar |
800 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Teboller 03
To prepare the Teboller 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
* The yeast is mixed in the lukewarm milk * Butter is melted, add the other ingredients * herein * knead the dough until it is glossy and supple * Let dough raise under a wet dishcloth in 30 min * Beat the dough down * Form dough balls and let them after raising in ca. 15-20 my under a wet Tea towel * Buns brushed with milk or eggs * bake in a 200-degree preheated oven for about 15 mins.
Tips:
My comments to the recipe: These here buns tastes at least as good as the teboller you buy through the nose at the bakery. You can add raisins or according to taste small chocolate pieces, but do it before the flour is added, since otherwise the filling will collect in a big lump. Many people are not fond of cardamom, nor I, but in this recipe, it is just a must.
