Instructions for Tebirkes m/Remonce (fill)
To prepare the Tebirkes m/Remonce (fill) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: mix the melted butter and milk in a bowl. Stir the yeast in this and add other inredgienser (keep a little of the flour back to roll out). Knead the dough thoroughly.
Roll it with SAMM into an oblong plate approx. 65 cm. 20 times the Butter remoncen (filling). Fold the dough together, so there will be 3 layers. Cut it into 12 pieces. Let loaves raise on top, about 30 minutes.

Tebirkes is suitable for deep freezing. If there is no come remonce (fill) in the. Tebirkes tastes also great without remonce.
