Instructions for Tasty tomato soup
To prepare the Tasty tomato soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
- Chop the vegetables (carrot, onion, celery) on a cutting board
- Put them in a large saucepan in a little olive oil for approx. 5 min.
- Put tomatoes, chili, oregano, thyme, basil and bay leaves in and cook for 30 minutes. (Remember to stir in the soup)
- While boiling the soup you can boil small oranges pastas.
- After the 30 min. Pick up the laurel leaves and put the pot on a heatbreak. Here you dazzle the soup with a rod diver for the soup to get a little thick consistency.
- Taste with salt, sugar and pepper.
- Add a little balsamic oil.
Add the pasta to the soup.
