To prepare the Tartlets with beef heart and lentils recipe, please follow these instructions:
The ox heart is cleansed for seniors. Cut the beef heart into strips and cook it tenderly. (Put a fork in the meat, when it does not leave it tender). The artichoke bases are boiled in water with a little salt and lemon juice for approx. 15-20 min. Boil the green lentils until they are tender. Garlic cuts in both, and the sun-dried tomatoes are cut into thin strips and sautéed in a good olive oil. The cooked artichokes are cut into 1/8 pieces. Together with the boiled lentils, the thick beef heart, add the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. The tartlets are heated in the oven at 200 degrees with the bottom upwards. Can also be heated on toaster. When the tartlets are hot, pour the filling in and serve immediately.
