To prepare the Tabouleh Pyramids (Raw Food) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse the quinoa. Chop the spring onion, cucumber, tomatoes and parsley well. Put everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Put it in a refrigerator and let the taste settle for an hour or two.
