Ingredients for Swedish tea cups
0.5 | tbsp | Syrup |
0.5 | tsp | Ground anise |
1 | dl | Rye flour |
1 | tsp | Salt |
25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Margarine |
3 | dl | Milk |
6 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Swedish tea cups
To prepare the Swedish tea cups recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is crumbled in the dough dish, pour a little of the crushed milk over and let it stand for 10 minutes. Melt margarine, pour the rest of the milk and let it grow. Stir salt, syrup, anise and rye flour pour it over the yeast with most flour flour. Stir the dough well and allow it to rise to double, covered and loose.
Slice the dough easily and roll it out on a flour board approx. 2 cm. thick.
Stir the dough into small round buns with a glass of 6 - 7 cm. diameter. Let the balls raise the plate to double, after which they are brushed with milk and baked at 225 degrees for approx. 12-15 min.
Served loaves of butter and sausage or salted meat.
