To prepare the Swedish pølseret on the bonfire recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes peeled and cooked, cooled and cut into slices. The onions are chopped and sauté in butter in a saucepan. Tomato puree, milk, salt, pepper and sugar added and stir. The sausages cut into slices, place in saucepan and warmed gently together with the potatoes.
Serve with a dusting of chives.
