To prepare the Sveskompotot with wine and tea recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the swings, let them pull for approx. 2 hours in lukewarm tea. When they have swelled, they are put in a saucepan. Pour the wine over them and add the sugar, the vanilla rod (cut through it) and the lemon juice. Let it boil for about 30 minutes with low heat while stirring regularly. Eat cold or lukewarm.
