250 | g | Wholemeal spelt flour |
350 | g | Sifted spelt flour |
6 | g | Yeast |
6 | dl | Water |

To prepare the Super Easy Spelt Buns (Basic Recipe) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water and stir together with the remaining ingredients. The dough will be very sticky. Then put the dough in the refrigerator at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Turn on the oven at 225 degrees. Set of 12 buns on a plate with wax paper. Spray dough balls with water and put them in the hot oven. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Tips:
This recipe is a basic recipe. It is the mixing ratio and the long hævetid which gives the good result. Therefore, both the flour, water and sugar is replaced with other similar types. (Wheat flour, milk, honey .... everything at will)
