To prepare the Summer smoothie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Frozen Strawberry pour into Blender, ca. 1/3 op. elderflower juice mixed on the instructions on the bottle and poured in about 2/3 up. Banana broken into pieces and 2-3 it all blended, for it is evenly. EVS to be tasted with a little lemon juice.
