Instructions for SU red bolognese
To prepare the SU red bolognese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Little oil is heated slowly in a medium-sized pot and the meat is added. This rose brownish and allowed to stand on the lowest blush. On a small pan it is well filled with oil that is also heated. Chop chopped and roast softly on it, the fluff turns off and the onions will stand and give flavor to the oil.
Put in the meat pot the frozen spinach, thawed with the meat. Then pour the rest of the ingredients, except oregano and red-bed juice. A little before serving, boil the bolognes with red-bed juice and immediately sprinkle oregano on the surface.
