Instructions for SU red bolognese

To prepare the SU red bolognese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Little oil is heated slowly in a medium-sized pot and the meat is added. This rose brownish and allowed to stand on the lowest blush. On a small pan it is well filled with oil that is also heated.
