300 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |

Instructions for Stuffed squash
To prepare the Stuffed squash recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the squash through lengthwise. Scrape the insides out with a spoon, so the shells are approximately 1 cm. thick.
Chop the squash flesh coarsely.
Cut the onion into cubes and fry it in butter in a frying pan. Add the beef and let it sear with, for it has changed color.
Com squashkød, tomato paste, chopped Basil and oregano to the Pan and let it cook for a few minutes at high heat, so væden evaporator. Remove pan from heat and stir in cream fraichen in and season with salt and pepper.
Place the squash shells in a baking dish, and favor the stuffing in them. Sprinkle bread crumbs and grated cheese. Set the dish in the oven at 225 degrees c. alm. oven about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and squashene are tender.
Serve with French bread.
