Instructions for Stuffed potatoes with tomato sauce
To prepare the Stuffed potatoes with tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Scrub the potatoes and cut a lid by completely clean. Hollow-out the potatoes with a sharp knife so that there is approx. 1 cm to be back. Set the potatoes with the lids in boiling water, put the lids on the pot and let the potatoes forkoge in about 10 minutes. Chop 2 cloves garlic and saute them in 2 tablespoons oil. Chop the tomatoes and add to the pan. Add the Bay leaves and a sprinkle of salt pepper and sugar. Let the sauce simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes. Chop the onions and the remaining 2 cloves of garlic to the stuffing and saute them in 2 tablespoons oil. Onions may be golden. Chop the almonds and raisins and saute them in a few minutes. Chop the parsley, then add the filling and mix well with a little salt and pepper. Drainage the potatoes and squeeze the filling into the 8 potatoes. Put the lids on and set the potatoes down into the tomato sauce. Let the filled tomatoes simmer for about 10 minutes in the sauce.
