Turn on the oven on a 200 degree ordinary oven. The pork tenderloin is polished and made ready. Light bacon into a series of slices so that it forms a "substrate" for wrapping the tenderloin. Lay the sirloin in the middle of the bacon layer and cut it halfway through the middle. The parsley is rinsed and chopped coarsely and then put down into the groove on the sirloin.
