The eggs are cooked to hard-boiled eggs 2 for each kind.
salmon eggs:
Pour 2 hard boiled eggs and divide them in half. Take the egg yolks and mash them. Stir the mustard plums together with 1 tablespoon of cream and put it in half the eggs. Chop some smoked salmon in the tern and top it up. Decorate with lemon and dill.
