To prepare the Strudseburger with papaya relish and fried potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chop chopped and shredded into 4 flat steaks. Relish is made by boiling sugar and vinegar with chopped onion, smoothed with snowflake. Here comes chopped papaya. Should boil for approx. 15 seconds. Then cool and mix with chopped coriander. The potatoes are peeled, cut into both and turn into oil / peppers. Stir in oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. The burgers are roasted and put in the bowls of tomato in slices, salad and relish. Served with fried potatoes.
