2dlSkimmed milk
400gFrozen strawberries
6Gelatin leaves

To prepare the Strawberry rim with cream sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the gelatine soak in cold water. Tag 8 nice strawberries and blend the rest with liquid Sweet. Melt the gelatine with the water, hanging on and pour it into the strawberries. Pour the mass in a rim shape, add the Nice Berry and let it congeal. Invert onto a plate before serving.

Cream sauce: whisk eggs, floating Sweet, lemon juice and maizenamel together. Bring the milk to a boil and pour it, under heavy whipping, in egg mixture. Pour the mass back in the Pan and give a short rehash.
