To prepare the Strawberry parfait recipe, please follow these instructions:
Egg yolks and sugar syrup are whipped airy and cold, turned with puree and whipped cream. Make sure all ingredients are completely cold when turned together as it promotes freezing and avoids the parfait separating. For this parfait use all red fruit purées.
