Cut the 2/3 of the berries into slices. The rest blended and add powdered sugar to taste. Mix the sliced berries and puree.
Cream: whisk the sugar and egg yolks frothy with vanilla sugar. Add the whipping cream. Whipped until it gets a creamy texture. Serve immediately.
