200 | g | Butter |
300 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Strawberry cake 04
To prepare the Strawberry cake 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom / Darkness: For 2 bottoms.
1. Mix flour and sugar together and chop the cold butter.
2. Crumble the dough with your fingers until there are no more large lumps of butter. Add the egg and knead the dough quickly until it is uniform and smooth.
3. Form the dough into a ball and press it flat. Then it's easier to roll out when you need it. Put it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into two and roll out the dough and put it in a pie shape.
5. Pour it in the oven for approx. 12 minutes at 200 degrees (hot air 180 degrees)
6. Cool the bottom off.
Filling:
1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Brush the baked buns with the chocolate.
2. Mix sugar and vanilla in the cream and whip it to whipped cream. Favor the cream in the 2 bottles of the dry chocolate and bring strawberries into the pie

tips:
You can also make crispy cakes out of the dough and decorate them with icing. It is important that the dough rests on the keel. Otherwise it's hard to roll out nicely. The dairy can last a few days in the fridge. You can freeze it down and take it up a couple of hours before you need it. Is it cold and hard when you have to roll it out, leave it for approx. 10 min at room temperature. Then it's easier to work with
