To prepare the Stew with roast beef, Apple and Rosemary recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse cut into thick strips. Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces, rødløget in both and remove core from the apples and cut them in small boats. Brown potatoes, roast beef, Rosemary, red onion, Apple in butter and oil. Pour the mushroom cream and milk and let it all cook up. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garner with parsley. Server in deep saucers, together with råsyltede mountain cranberries and bread.
