Ingredients for Steged Viking leg

1 | tsp | Mixed herbs |
1 | Chopped onion | |
1 | dl | Hønseboullion |
1 | clove | Garlic, minced |
1 | tbsp | White wine vinegar |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
3 | tbsp | Heather honey |
700 | g | Spare ribs (ribs) |
Instructions for Steged Viking leg
To prepare the Steged Viking leg recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a saucepan grate onions and garlic until they are soft.
Add tomato sauce, vinegar, honey, herbs, chili and boullion and warm it to boiling point. Turn down the heat and let it slip for 15-20 minutes. Until the sauce is boiled a little.
Turn the oven on 200g. Put the ribs in a pan and serve the sauce over. Let it rise for approx. 1 hour and turn several times along the way so that it is even on both sides and well turned in the sauce. Finally, the ribs must be evenly brown and fairly sticky.
