Instructions for Steak with fried egg and sauce
To prepare the Steak with fried egg and sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the onions in slices and put them brown on a pan in plenty of butter.
The meat is split into two and shaped into two steaks. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. They roasted like a steak. Bring them on a little glow pan with a little oil and swallow them quickly on both sides. Add butter and crushed garlic and add them to the red liquid from the meat on top.
