Instructions for Steak on potatoes
To prepare the Steak on potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season the onions until they are ready. Cool them. Eat the chopped meat with onions and beetroot. Form the meat to 4 steak spiced on both sides with salt and pepper. Put it on the fridge until it is used.
Peel potatoes and arrow onion. Cut both pieces into rings and place them in a greased ovenproof dish. Sprinkle salt and pepper between layers. Pour the cream and the liquid from the peeled tomatoes to the dish. Save the tomatoes from the can.
Cover the dish with folio and put it in the oven at 180 degrees hot air 45-50 min. The potatoes must be almost tender.
Meanwhile, cleans peppers and mushrooms. Pepper fruit is cut into cubes and mushrooms in half or quarter. The steaks are browned quickly in butter on the forehead.
When the potatoes and onions are almost tender, remove the dish from the oven. Put the browned steak on top of the potatoes. Put the peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes upstairs and next to the steaks.
Put the dish in the oven again, but without folio 10-15 min depending on whether the meat has to be passed.
