Whip eggs and sugar into a frothy, airy mass. Melt butter and refrigerate it. chop Walnut kernels finely and cut the ginger into small pieces. Mix in the flour and term bagepulveret it together in egg mixture. Pipe Walnut kernels and ginger in alternating with the melted butter.
