Instructions for Squash with herbs (low fat)
To prepare the Squash with herbs (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Squash is rinsed and cut into very thin slices. Arranged on the plate in round circle. Drip with lemon juice and walnut oil. Spice vigorously with pepper and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Wells are picked and rinsed well. The leaves are distributed on the squash and the squash pulls another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the tomato is liberated from skin and kernels. The tomato is cut into fine tern. Scallops and carrot are cleansed and cut into very fine tern. It is all mixed with parsley and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. The sauce is distributed on the squash plates and decorated with squash flowers.
