To prepare the Squash gratin I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Half the two squash and scrape the food carefully. Blanch them easily and cool them immediately in cold water and let them drip off. Fill with tomatoes mushrooms, onions, kale and crushed garlic. Stir cream fry, egg and curry together. Distribute the curry cream and gratin under the grill.
