Instructions for Spinatguf
To prepare the Spinatguf recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the noodles until they are as you want them
Sprinkle the cauliflower into bouquets and cook the cauliflower with carrots cut into slices
Heat spinach and add a little salt and sugar
Grease an ovenproof dish with the butter and fill the dish with: 1. Boiled noodles

3. Carrots
4. Spinach
5. Parmesan cheese
Give the dish between 20 - 25 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius in a regular oven.
